During high season, we are flip flops in the sand collecting left behind pre-loved beach toys, gear, plastic water bottles as well as keeping our beaches clean. Our volunteers sanitize, recycle and repackage useable items to share with incoming visitors.

Beach X Change was founded by a teen and mother daughter duo (who like to think of themselves as mermaids). They share a passion for service, community, and the beautiful beaches 30A.
A witness to the amount of waste and left behind items by beach house renters, Beach X Change was developed to recycle and build awareness of need to reduce our footprint on 30A.

Beach X Change focuses on making the maximum positive impact on preserving the beauty and ecosystem of 30A beaches. Our volunteers provide the momentum that helps us affect change. Beach X Change offers volunteer opportunities for vacationers, recycling education programs for kids, and access to eco-friendly activities.
